ROOM HIRE TERMS & CONDITIONS

For 18th Birthday Celebrations

All persons seeking the hire of the clubs function Room and/or the Macmillan Lounge must complete an Application Request Form.

Admission to the room hired will be from 6:00pm on the date of hire, unless prior arrangements have been made with the steward or stewardess.

On acceptance of the application a £40 non-refundable deposit must be paid to secure the room.

All other monies owing must be paid in cash at least 4 weeks prior to the date of the event, or by cheque at least 6 weeks prior to the event made payable to: The Grange Sports & social Club

A letter must be sent to us at least 2 weeks prior to the event by the parent/guardian of the individual concerned, taking full responsibility of the event and to state that they will be present on the night.

The £100.00 bond will be returned to the hirer if:

The room is left clean and tidy as found.
If catering for oneself all uneaten and waste food is removed and disposed of on the same day/evening as your function. This ensures we comply with food hygiene regulations.
There are no breakages or vandalism of the clubs property.
Children must be kept under parental control at all times.

The £100.00 bond will not be returned to the hirer if:

Any of the above is not adhered to, all or part of the bond will be forfeited.
If for any reasons the booking is cancelled 4 weeks notice will be required prior to the requested hire date. Cancellations under 4 weeks prior to the requested hire date may result in all or part of the bond being forfeited to cover any losses incurred by the club.
If anyone is found to be under age drinking.

The Secretary's decision is final.
